Maple Syrup and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt gets Seed & Bean’s taste buds going!

Congratulations to the winner of our Seed & Bean competition that ran in the Autumn Issue of Living Earth magazine. 

Seed & Bean chocolate barInspired by Seed & Bean’s delicious organic chocolate range, we asked readers to tell us their ideas for a new chocolate flavour. The suggestions that came in were certainly interesting, the strangest one had to be Parsnip and Black Pepper and special mention must also go to the person who dreamt up Milk chocolate with caramelised brown bread crumbs (Real Bread of course!).

Stephen Rudkin, the founder of Seed & Bean, had the enviable task of selecting his favourite as the winner and he settled on Maple Syrup and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt which came courtesy of Matt Reeves from Somerset. Stephen said this flavour was "Something most unusual yet so of the moment".
