Good food for all events
17 June 2013
Soil Association and Organic Centre Wales invite you to Good Food for All.
The Soil Association and Organic Centre Wales invite you to join us for one of two free events in Wales on the 3rd July or 18th July. These events are for those in Wales and surrounding English counties wanting to find out more about the Catering Mark. The half-day events will explore the business benefits of serving sustainable sourced, local and better welfare food.
- 10:30am - 1.30pm, Wednesday 3 July at National Botanic Garden of Wales, Carmarthenshire
- 10am - 1pm, Thursday 18 July at Bodnant Welsh Food Centre, Colwyn Bay
The event will include practical advice on how to use more fresh, seasonal, local and organic ingredients. We will introduce to you the Catering Mark which has seen great success in England and Scotland, and is now becoming increasingly recognised in Wales as a tool to help reassure customers about the food they are eating. After hearing from Catering Mark pioneers based in Wales, the event will end with a networking session over a Gold Catering Mark lunch.
Plus, we are offering all attendees an exclusive free consultancy visit from the Soil Association worth £450.
Places are allocated of a first-come first-served bases and are filling up fast. RSVP to Suzi Gammon on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0117 914 2434
