Tailored packages

Organic awareness training

For staff new to organic production and/or those in a customer facing environment, our packages covers:

Organic integrity training

This package is tailored for technical staff and those with a basic knowledge of organic production:

  • organic status verification and integrity
  • key food production and processing legislation
  • record keeping requirements
  • importing requirements
  • understanding product formulation
  • setting up internal audit systems
  • development of internal training

British Retail Consortium (BRC)

This package is for employees involved in BRC audits, including technical staff, quality assurance managers and other staff that need further understanding of BRC. It provides insight into meeting the requirements of the BRC global food standards at both foundation and higher levels.

Farming and growing training

We also run training events for organic farmers and growers covering a wide range of technical and marketing issues from setting up a box scheme to successful weeding. All our licensees are given food and farming membership from application and can therefore benefit from discount rates.
